9.  The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from valid entries.  The winner will be notified via telephone the next working day.

10.  In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any of the winners within 28 days of the initial notification it reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
